Richard Elmer Payne

Richard was born on October 14, 1949 and passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017. Richard was a resident of New Whiteland, Indiana at the time of passing. Richard proudly served in the United States Army and was a recipient of the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
