PEEPLES, Richard L. "Bonds" "Cotton" Sr., 78, of Bristol, Ga., formerly of Tampa/Brandon, Fla., passed away December 12, 2006. He is survived by nine children, 27 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 16, at Ephesus Church of God, Bristol.
