Sending our thoughts and prayers to the whole Pennay family. We love you Lori -- you made your dad so proud. Love, Mer & Bill

The family of Richard Arnold Pennay has my deepest sympathy. I knew and worked with Arnold for a number of years and found him to be a kind and caring individual. I know that he will be greatly missed.

A fellow Lion and good friend, Mr. Pennay will be greatly missed. My sympathy to his family: my prayers are with you.

Our condololences to Louise and the family. Arn and Louise are one of the most dedicated couples to family and agriculture that I have had the priviledge to know. I worked with Arn for many years in ASCS (now FSA) and I loved and respected him as a co-worker. We will all miss you Arn - God Bless. Eileen Dewey, Tioga County

Our condolences. Dick was a great guy and we will miss him.

So sorry for your loss my thoughts and prayers are with the family. I worked with Mr. Pennay for many years (USDA-ASCS) and he could certainly brighten up the day.
