As they say,"Better late than never," so here goes... Rich was one of my Sales Managers during my roughly 8-years of service at ESCO in Danville. During that time, there were many "managers", but Rich was far and away the very best of them. His easy command of the fundamental blocking, tackling and point-of-sale tactics of professional selling was unmatched, and he was a skilled teacher to any who cared to listen and learn.
