Sherry and I knew Rick & Joan many years ago when we were living in Somerset. There were many good times together. We are very saddened by his passing. Deepest condolences to Joan and the family.

Rick will be greatly missed, may he rest in piece ,he was a fine teacher and colleague .

we the Exners give our condolences to his wife and son; we are very saddened by his passing. He was extremely talented.

Mr. Peters was my piano teacher for eight years, ever since I started playing in the first grade. Words cannot even express how much I will miss going to his studio every Friday. He taught me to be the pianist I am today, and for that, I will always be grateful. He helped me with not only my music, but with art and all around life as well. My heart goes out to his family. I will never forget him.

Words cannot express such a loss. My heart goes out to Kevin, Leslie, & Joan. My thoughts & prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

I feel very sad at Rick's passing. We had wonderful conversations about drawing, art and music...especially when he played for our sketch club's exhibits.

I had the great pleasure of knowing Rick and becoming a close friend with him over the last 18 years. The world suffers a great loss for not having such a fantastic teacher and friend. Your words and time with me will never be forgotten.
