Richard M. Peterson

The lessons I learned from Rich as a Cub Scout are still with me today. Since I heard of his passing, I've been reflecting on his example, humor and love of adventure was infectious and started me on a path of loving the outdoors, loving the challenge of scouting and loving life. Rich came to my Eagle Scout board of review, he was there when I left on a mission, and he was there at my wedding. Rich and Dixie were like second parents to us boys. And their influence continues today now...
