Richard Phillips

It was sad news hearing of the passing of Dick Phillips. I was a tenant and much liked being in the presence of him. He was good to me and my business. He was a good man and will be missed. My condolences to Staci and the family.

RIP Dick I enjoyed many years building storage units and followed with repairing any damaged done. My condolences to family and friends.

Worked with Dick for close to 20 years as a friend and banker. He was a pioneer in the Storage Industry in Idaho with Republic Storage. As well as commercial, residential and manufactured housing development. He was a true self made man. Worked hard and accomplished a lot. Rest in Peace All the best to his family!!
