WAYNESVILLE — Richard "Dick" H. Philpott, 84, of Waynesville, died Sept. 8, 2020. A celebration of life service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 at Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home in Waynesville.
