Not sure what to say?

You will be missed, as the ice is starting to melt off the lake, we will save you a spot so you can catch some perch, and to take some pictures as you liked to do. Our prayers go out to your family. The heavens are his canvas now.

Sincere Condolences to Piar Family our Thoughts and Prayers are with you. May God Bless you with Peace
from the X-Ray Department at Bedford Hospital.

I worked with Richard at St. Alexis. I remember him doing his yoga and seeing his sketches of one of his paintings. I never realized he was an accomplished artist. I guess he fulfilled one of his dreams that will last forever. My prayers are with HIM and his family. God Bless

As Richard saw me struggling in the pool at the Downtown Y, he took me under his wing and gave me the gift of swimming. Because of his kindness and expertise, I now swim a mile a day. Indeed, we need more Rich's in this world. I will truly miss my friend. Godspeed Richard and condolences to the Piar family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Piar family, I met Richard swimming at the downtown YMCA there is a group of us that swam with Richard and he will be missed.

I work at the local library and always enjoyed seeing Richard come in. We always had a good chat and I felt uplifted by my time with him with his kind heart and good soul. It so saddens me that I won't see his smiling face lighting up my day anymore. RIP Richard.

Our prayers & sympathy to the Piar family. We will miss Richard's kind & gentle soul, his fishing tales, his artistic Christmas cards and his years of being an usher at the 11 AM Mass at St. Ann's Church.
