Not sure what to say?

Mr. Piccioli was a member of Lincolnshire Fields Country Club, which is where I met him and his family. I learned of his passing today, and am deeply saddened and shocked. He was a wonderful, kind, generous man, a real gentleman. Although I only knew Mr. Piccioli through my job, it was easy to see what a rare person he was. His absence will be felt. Everyone who was lucky to know him was and is better for it. My thoughts and prayers are with his wonderful family.

To the Piccioli Family,

Our prayers are with you all. We are so saddened at Rich's passing. Please know that we are thinking of you all daily.

I just heard the news and wanted to leave a comment. I haven't seen Rich since I was a young kid, yet have vivid memories of the joy he brought to our house every time he stopped by. The world needs a lot more people like him. I am privileged to have known such a truly great person.

Dolly, we just wanted you to know that you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers during this tragic time in your lives. Our deepest condolences & sympathy to all Rich's loved ones.

We just today heard of Rich's passing, and wish to extend our sincere condolences. --Albert and Mary Etta Lenkaitis

Rich was a class act gem of a guy! We sat through many, many swim meets with Rich and Janet watching our daughters swim and in all those years I only heard goodness and kindness in his words. How appropriate then one of his last "unknown" acts of kindness was going the extra mile to help out a college student at SIU-C. One, small, simple act of kindness that is representative of a life well lived - how appropriate!

To all of the Piccioli family, I saw Rich for a few minutes at our high school reunion last summer. He was the same friendly guy I had always remembered. I was shocked to hear of his death and my heart and sympathies go out to all of you.

Rich was my Great uncle...i loved him to death, i am really going to miss him... and his daughter, son and wife...are always with my thoughts....its a terrible thing what happened and im still in sort of shocked...i miss him already.

Linda & Dave,
My thoughts and prayers are with you. May all of your wonderful memories help you through this difficult time. God Bless you and your family.
