Richard was born on February 26, 1963 and passed away in March 2018. Richard was a resident of Georgia at the time of passing. Services with a gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Allison Memorial Chapel in St. Marys, between the hours of 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
