Richard Dewayne "Dick" Place

I remember Dick and Bev from when they helped my husband, Tom Love, and I move to Bay City, MI. That was many moons ago,1966, I beleive. They were such a loveing couple.

Dear Beve and Family,
Bill and I were so happy to have found you both as friends. We are sad this time was so short but will always remember the fun times we had. We were glad you joined the group for the winters at Rainbow Village in Zephyrhills and hope you will re join us again Beve. Bill was please he had recently spent time with Dick. No one can ever take away all of your wonderful memories you have and when you think of them, you will smile. You have a wonderful family,no wonder...

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

So very sorry to hear about the loss of your father, grandfather to the
children and husband to your mom. Even though I didn't get to know
your dad real well I always enjoyed seeing and being around your

Dear Piper and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of this man whom you all loved so much. Though the shock and grief you are all experiencing is immense, may you sense God's loving arms of peace and comfort as He walks with you through these days ahead. As a family, I am sure you made many wonderful memories together. May those remembrances bring comfort and healing to each of you until the day you will be with him again in Heaven.

We are going to miss Dick immensely. Such a good friend and always willing to help and give us his good advice. He always had the right answer on anything to do with the motorcyles and scooters. I know he is in heaven with his cup of coffee and that great smile and his sense of humor, and probably organizing a ride into the clouds. Thank you Beve,Jammy and Piper for sharing Dick with all of us. He will be missed.

Dear Bev and Family, My sadness this last few days has taken me a ways down memory lane. I want to share what I think is my most precious and heart warming memory of Dick. That is one of a little girl in front of him with her little arms reaching up and a loving devoted Grandpa holding those little hands, helping and encouraging her to walk.
