Not sure what to say?

I just heard about Dick passing tonight while having dinner with old friends Mike and Ralph Campitelli. I was fortunate to have known Dick back in the early 80s and played softball with him up here in Ojai CA. I hadn´t seen or heard of him for many years, but his name would always come up when the guys got together and started telling stories about the Ojai tournament. Dickie Plough was a heck of a competitor and always a pleasure to be around. Please accept my sincere condolences and know...

just heard last week of Dick's passing, my condolences to Karen and family. Haven't talked to Dick since they moved back to Michigan years ago but can still hear him laughing. Good family man, good friend and good ball player, will always remember you, your friend Mats

It was such a privilege for my daughter Kathryn, to play softball under the direction of Coach Plough. He challenged her to become the player he knew she was capable of being but always offered encouraging words when the game didn't go their way. So happy to have shared time with Dick and family in Santa Barbara as the little cousin....thank you for the laughter, smiles and just a good full life of great attitude...lots to look up to

He was such a joy to be around with his laugh and smile! Great family times together over the years and enjoyed watching him play baseball with my husband, Ray. God bless his family and may the many memories of the good times offer comfort in this sadness and loss.

I had the honor to coach softball against Dick. He was a champion manager and coach. His kids loved him. He was such a gifted coach, dad, and sports buff. I did not know him well, but what I do know of him he will be missed. The parties will be quieter.
