What a great guy. Dick had a super intellect combined with an outstanding sense of humor. His perception of people and life cut right to the core. His million dollar smile could light up the world! In the olden days he could dance up a storm! Dick was a true friend; we will miss him greatly.

We met on a blind date arranged by Dick, so we have always held a special place for him in our hearts for bringing us together. That was 42 yrs. ago and it has been a wonderful marriage. We will always be so very grateful to him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Dick was a great guy to work with. I've thought of him often over the years and will never forget his wonderful sense of humor and great wit. We have continued on with Dick's written manuals and training guides at Municipal Housing Agency and utilize them to this day. My deepest condolences to your family.
