Not sure what to say?

I´m very sorry to learn of Richard´s passing. I used to work next to him at Motorola. He was a sweet and kind person, with a contagious smile and fun personality. He was always kind and helpful when I needed it starting off as the new kid on the block, he was always there to lend his help and advice. Rest in peace my sweet friend.

I was just informed of Richards passing and i have nothing but great memories of him as the cool kid brother to Ralph. He's with a lot of Great people. Starting with my brother Rob.

Rest In Peace my long lost friend I new Richard in elementary school didn't stay in touch until he came to my wedding but wish I had my condolences go out to his family and friends sounds like he had a wonderful life

I was with Rich for two years, almost up until his passing. He was a wonderful man. He loved his boys so much. He loved being a firefighter. That was his passion. He loved Christ and chose to be baptized in the Christian Church, Central Christian Church. Most recently, he loved his sweet puppy, Bella. She went everywhere with him. May our Heavenly Father provide you peace and free from suffering. May He watch closely over Gio, Noah and Bella until they see you one day, again. I loved you so...

In loving memory of a wonderful person. I will always remember the fun times at Mtn View.

Rest In Peace Ponce! Amazing Fire Fighter with Chandler FD! Gone too soon! Prayers to his family & friends! Karen Nissen

Richard was a great guy. Some of craziest and fantastic things I ever did were with him. Vince Melcher said it best " hanging out with Richard was a delicate balance between having fun and getting into trouble.." All my blessings and condolences to his family. He will be truly missed

We spent time with Rich out on Lake Pleasant and with him and Gio up at our Tree House cabin near Pine. He was helpful, positive, kind and caring. It was a privilege to have known him.
