Not sure what to say?

I remember Dick, he was in my brother Denny Cargill’s class while I was in 9th grade with Marley Hagen. When I graduated from Butterfield HS in 1955, did same as Dick, joined USAF,retiring in 1980, and was a professor for 4 universities. My sympathy to the family, but can see he led an exemplary life for all to see. Praise the lord for people like Dick.

I am sorry for your loss, Blessings and Prayers for you Kay & Melanie.

So many fond memories with the Popes!!
Dick was such a good, caring man.
RIP dear Dick.
Sympathy and prayers to Kay and Melanie
With much love, Rich and Kay Mitchell

Aunt Kay and Cousin Melanie I’m so sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Dick. I am sending good will and prayers for both of you.
I have a lot of really good memories of Uncle Dick. I remember visiting grandma when you and Dick were in high school. You guys were around a lot. Your father took us on a sleigh ride with horses. I was a little girl. We had many wonderful Christmas’s.
I also remember when we picked him up at the Great Lakes Naval Base. That was fun. I don’t remember...

Kay & Melanie,

What a beautifully written obituary! Thank you for sharing some of Dick's special moments with us. Obviously he was a man of many talents, had a love for many things & pursued them with a smile! Cherish those memories, they will give you peace

Dick was a very special neighbor who lived right across the street from us in Sherburn. We got Dick and Kay hooked on wrestling while we lived there. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Kay and Melanie. May Dick Rest In Peace.

It was an honor to have known Dick. He was a man of integrity and also a true friend. He brings back good memories of long ago in Sherburn when he served on the School Board. Condolences to Kay and Melanie

What an awesome person, and inspiration to many people and gave me great advice many times. You will be deeply missed.

Kindest regards and prayers for Dick’s familymay he Rest In PeaceMickey THEOBALD and family
