Richard David Posey

I was sorry to learn of Richard's passing. While I did not know him personally, as another Posey residing in Buffalo Grove, I would get an occasional telephone call meant for him. Had we met, as fellow WWII veterans, I am sure we would have had much to talk about, and may possibly have even shared a common ancestor in General Thomas Posey, a soldier in the American Revolution, whose biography I published in 1992. My deepest condolances to the Posey family on their loss of this fine man.
