He is Richard to the world., but he's Neil to our family. When my brother was born my mom wanted to name him Richard Hillis Junior. My dad wanted to name him Neil after his best friend Neil Postma. After some discussion my mom agreed that Neil could be his middle name. My dad started calling him Neil and that is what we all knew him as.
