Rich was an integral part of the CIFF each year, both for his work with Party Safari and his work as a Walkway Coordinator for CIFF. He was a friendly face and a calming presence to anyone he encountered. We at the Festival are shocked and saddened by his sudden passing. He will be greatly missed!
