My dad Vincent Casilli took me to the St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Forest Avenue when I was young. When Richard was leading the bagpipers he would shout “There’s Dickie Quinn!”. My dad was a firefighter at Engine 165 for 28 years.
I have fond memories of those days.
May Richard Rest In Peace and may his family be consoled by the wonderful memories he left behind.
