Not sure what to say?

My name is Bruce Holmes. I have just been shocked to learn of the death of my mentor and inspiration. I was a student of Mr. Ramsdell, my Band Director at Yorktown High School in Arlington, VA in the late 60s and early 70s. I was in his very first jazz band offered as a class. He made many opportunities in music happen for me. Now, at age 53, I still play music regularly. I have wanted to play for him/with him for so many years and am now saddened to learn that it will never happen.

My name is Khaliah, and i work at the Palmettos, and had the chance to care for Mr. Ramsdell before his death. Though he was a tough cookie, he was also a gentle giant, and i will truly miss him. I will feel so much sadness going to work and not seeing him watch tv, he is one patient i will never forget. R.I.P. Mr. Ramsdell
