Ricky was a kindred spirit and we are going to miss him.My deepest sympathy to his family.

To the Ratliff family: My thoughts and prayers to you all. I remember Ricky from elementary school at Union City,he was in my class and we always seemed to be class buddies,I moved away during part of the 7th grade but I always had fond memories of Ricky. Am so sad to read of his passing. God bless you all.

I remember when the Ratliffs moved across the street from us when Ricky was in the 5th grade - what fun times us kids on Kowetta Road had. I have and always will cherish those memories.
