Dear Chris, Jacilyn, Samantha and Family, I/We all are sad to have lost such a dear kind and caring gentle man...I first met Rich back in he mid 1980's when he inspected many of my/our buyers and sellers homes as a Realtor at Century 21 The Graham Agency on Fire Road in EHT,and also for my current Real Estate office Balsley Losco in Northfield for many years...Rich was always honorable and honest and I could not figure out how he was able to put on his inspector suit and bravely crawl around...

Chris and family, Bill and I were so sad to learn of Rich's passing. He was such a fun loving great guy. (Lots of great memories from way back when). God Bless!

Christine Part 2 If Sandy and I can make a memorial print for you we would be glad to. We will be in Jersey in September. So sorry... Love Sandy & Bobby

Rich was a great guy with a big heart. His brother Steve, Rich and I played soccer from the time we were in elementary school in Tenafly all the way up to high school and we all had good times and great memories. He will be missed. Condolences to the entire Ratty family.

Rich was a polite and wonderful gentleman. He was always helpful when I called him with a critter problem. My Husband and I will also miss his visits. My best to your family.
