Not sure what to say?

Joan, It was so nice to receive a letter from Rich this past Christmas after so many years - had great times when Rich was drummer in our band-our thoughts and prayers go out to you.

Happy Birthday, Rich! I miss you so much!

Love,
Joan

Just returned from Rich's funeral and were very comforted to know that he was loved by so many people from his church and community. We never knew how he anonymously donated time and money to those in need, volunteered weekly at a homeless shelter and was a mentor for young people. We are also comforted by the fact that he was truly loved and respected by his church and community. We are all comforted in the fact that all their friends, church family and community will be a great source of...

Joan,

I am so sorry for your loss. I have many good memories of working with Rich (Barney)and his many ties. He was very generous and very willing to help out. I still remember his many toys and how he liked to wash his car often. He was one of the first people to figure out Sue and I were dating. Remember the good times and take care.

Joan, Rich was kind man and a good friend at work. On a regular basis we kidded each other about being a dumb engineer and rotten accountant. Rich was very generous when he gave me several die cast cars he no longer wanted and thought they would make a good Christmas gift for my kids. He also was very encouraging to my son who likes to play the drums. You have my sympathy. I will miss him, won't forget him and I know that many others feel the same.

Dear Joan, Rich was a kind and generous man whom I respected. He had a funny sense of humor which I really enjoyed. I will truly miss him. My prayers are with you, Joan.

Joan,

I will miss Rich very much. He touched our hearts and lives in many ways. I will miss his colorful watches, his many ties and t-shirts. I worked with him for many years and found him to be a very caring and thoughtful person. His sense of humor made our day. He will always be my "Cats Meow".
My thoughts and prayers will be with you at this difficult time.

Joan,

I will miss Rich very much. He touched our hearts and lives in so many ways. I will miss his colorful watches, his ties and T-shirts and most of all his caring of other people and of course his sense of humor. I was honored to have worked with him for many years and he will always be the "Cats Meow".
You will be in my thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.
