I first met Dick in Lake Oswego Toastmasters about 1961.....he captivated all with his unique brand of humor and warmth. Later Dick and I would serve for several years together on the Lake Oswego city council....he was fiercly loyal to his constituents in what was then Lake Grove, a separate community.
My relationship with Dick took on a business aspect and he was our client for many years....
