Richard Lawrence Reiter

So sorry to hear about this loss. Mr. Reiter was one of the most important teachers I ever had. He nurtured my musical talent with a care I never expected. He was an incredible teacher who I still talk about to this day. Sending my sincere condolences to the family. -Kalani Green - class of 02´

Ritchie and I go back over 70 years. I have been trying to reach him the last several weeks but no response. I will miss Ritchie and think of him often. When ever we got together, no matter how many years had passed, it was like we never missed a beat. My thoughts are with Sue and his family. So sad to hear this news.

So sad to hear. I did not know Richard well, but when we met during his local performances, he was always kind, taking time to engage with me (someone who he really did not know) to talk about music.
