Dear Kathy & Family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during these difficult times. On behalf of all the staff here at the Two Rivers Water & Light please accept our sincere condolences. It is never easy on the ones left behind when things happen unexpectedly. But the good Lord spared Richard any long term suffering which is a blessing in it's self. I will always remember watching our two football teams play in Algoma with Richard. It was a blessing just to have known him and he...

Kathy, Joe, Jenny, Cyndi and Dan...
My heart aches for you. I am just so sad but I know tat he is relaxing with our Lord. I will pray for comfort and guidance as you all move through these next days, weeks and months without Dick.
