Even now, I cannot fathom that Rich is gone. He had a strong personality, yet it was his cooking that best expressed his caring. Going to his holiday dinners were a treat that even Julia Childs would envy. They added sparkle to the day's activities. Baked Alaska, Sticky Toffee Pudding...I have other good memories, but this one many can share. I wish peace to a beautiful soul.
