Not sure what to say?

I am presently at the Somerset, PA county library. Cell phones and dial-up modems just don't work where my Mother lives, some 25+ miles south of here. Her health hasn't been good, and we're not presently able to be with the family in Charleston. The support messages to us from Pittsburgh, the Somerset area, and Texas have been overwhelming and most appreciated. I'm sure our grief can't match that being endured particularly by Cassandra and Landon. Please continue to keep in touch with them,...

Our deepest prayers and sympathy go out to Rick and his family. I will remember Rick as a good childhood friend that was there when I needed him. I hope he finds his peace in Heaven.

Tina, Cassandra and Landon,

I was totally shocked to hear the news about Rick. I talked to him on the phone just before Christmas. I just wanted you to know that my prayers are with you and I will never forget our childhood together.

My sincerest condolences to all of Rick's family.

I remember Rick as a funeral director at Stuhr's and later working for Wilbert Vault Company.
He always did a good job when servicing a grave or delivering a casket to us. I had not seen Rick since I left Charleston and was surprised to read of his death in today's paper. My condolences to the family in your loss. I enjoyed the association with Rick while I was the manager of Carolina Memorial Funeral Home from 1992 to 2002.
Respectfully,
Phil Pearce
