Not sure what to say?

My thoughts of peace, comfort and healing go out to you Wendy and your family.
Bill Baughman

Marcie and I are so sorry for your loss. You and yours will be in our thoughts and prayers.

We know him as an officer of the law. A true gentleman and an example of leadership who worked his units in firm fairness. He stood a proud watch for the nation and the local community and we shall surely miss Rich.

Rich and I served on the USS Rich from approximately 1969-1970 when we were lowly SK-3s (Petty Officer 3rd Class). He was a great shipmate, hardworking, jocular, and loyal. It was my honor to call Rich a friend and I shall miss him.

RIP Richard Prayers for the family.

It was an honor to serve with Chief Rohrbach in Philadelphia with the 8th Seabee Construction Regiment. I always valued his friendship and professionalism in the Supply Department. Rest well.
