Joy & Family
I just learned of Dick's passing. I am very sorry and sad to hear that. I worked with Dick on the police dept. and also was a partner of his on Salt For Homes. He was truly a great person.
I pray that God will bless & comfort all of you at this time of your great loss.

Great guy. Lifetime friend that will be missed. Condolences to Joy & family , but someday to be reunited and will see his smile again.

Sorry to hear of Dicks passing. We did play a lot of sandlot football at the old stand pipe field on sunday afternoons at Fiftenth & Shriver.

Please accept our condolences.

Our heartfelt condolences to Joy the family and friends.

I would just like to say for the few years I spent around Rich he left a lot of good memories with me of what a caring and loving father should do for there family. I was alot younger then but I took what I saw in his kindness ,and focus on family, and incorporated it in my daily life with my family today. Rest In Peace My Friend. Sincerely, Tom Snelbaker Jr.
