Group of 10 Memorial Trees

Mr. Rook and his wife always sat in the pew right behind us at St. Pauls. They were so kind to our two daughters, making a point to ask them about school and telling them about their sweet dog. We missed seeing his wife when she passed and will also very much miss him at church.

I met Mr. Rook back when his wife passed. Over the years I had helped him with different concerns and requests at the cemetery. He would come so often to visit his beloved wife, you could tell he was lost. Often I would see his car parked back near the grave and I would stop and talk to him, he shared stories about his career and how his wife was such a huge part. I would just listen. Oh Mr. Rook. I knew you had been taken to the hospital but I had no idea why and I had no way of getting ahold of anyone.
You were my wonderful neighbor and you will be truly missed. I will miss you stopping by to talk to me.
