Dearest Nancy,
I have only known you a short time but I feel as if I have known you for a very long time, I did not have the honor of meeting your wonderful Husband Richard, From the magnificent energy which you beam with I can say you made a very special couple,

I only new Richard for some 10 years,the guy would give the shirt off his back,he helped the desoto speedway all of the time,allways would lend a hand and I would say why did you pay and try to give his money back.I saw Richard 4 days before he passed and I am so glad I went,he will be missed by all and Nancy he was a great person and we all will miss him.God Bless and I will see you Saturday at the track where he allways wanted to be.John sarppraicone

I have very fond memories of Richard. I feel blessed to have known him. He was a genuine person who always saw the good in everyone. Richard, you are surely going to be missed. Nancy, you are in my prayers. Wish I could be there Saturday to join in the celebration of Richard's life.

We really still cant believe he is gone. WE will never forget that smile of his. And how he loved his sweets and races. He was one of the sweetest man you could know.

To The Rowe Family,

One never expects to see a very good friend's brother's name in the paper...

Especially Richard, a brother surrounded closely by his family that gave and received love and attention through his time here in Manatee County.
A great guy whose life had been full and lost too early. My prayers are with you at this time of sorrow and remembrance....
