My condolences to the Rybacki family. I had the honor and privledge of working with Admiral Rybacki on OpSail Maine 2000. His leadership and team-oriented manner made the event so very special. Sailing out of Portland Harbor with him on the USS Eagle directly following the events was a memorable experience.
