RICHARD D. SCHAFER

Richard D. Schafer, known to me as Uncle Dick, was a very loyal and caring individual. He and my father, Stephen E. Schafer were born in Buffalo, NY. Their mother was killed in an accident when Dick was an infant (in her arms). Their father was a home builder who found it very difficult to care for who infant boys. They were raised by their aunts, one of whom lived in Virginia. Their uncles helped with Dick's Buffalo education. Stephen went to a Buffalo business college and became a CPA...
