Not sure what to say?

Life without Richard is definitely not the same... He was quite a character and everyone loved him. I miss him.

I'll always remember our talks in the kitchen and his positive attitude, looking forward even when not feeling well. It was so very clear how much he loved his family and did so many things--trips, attendance at events showing support for children, etc. He is missed every day.

I still miss Rich's roaring laughter at our get togethers . . . He was quite the presence!

It became so very clear in the last several months what a kind and gentle man you were and the important impact you had on so many that surrounded you. We'll miss you at the auction at First Church, but your legacy lives on through so many!
God's Peace!

Uncle Rich! The life of the party! I miss you so much. You taught me a lot about fixing brakes and fixing life! Over the recent past you helped me understand what is important in life and how to preserve it. I guess when death is staring you straight in the face you see things differently. Thank you for sharing your lesson with me so I have an opportunity to live what you taught me. I love you.

Rich was so much more than my brother-in-law. He took care of my sister and made her laugh. He made me welcome in his home and gave the best hugs when I needed them most. He had a great relationship with my mom and joked with her, loved her and opened their home to her the last years of her life. I loved to shop with Rich, have lunch at Panara, make trips to the casino and bake him pound cake after pound cake and laugh with him. We never went anywhere that he didn't run into friends. ...

We will miss Rich, he was such a kind and generous man. Always had a smile on his face and always willing to help out. You will truly be missed by our family and so many others.

Dad, you've been a big part of my life and so many others. You always knew what to say even if it was bad. You were a big kid and it showed every time we went out in public. You were my biggest cheerleader and supporter at wrestling meets and other school activities that you would attend. You were a hard worker and it showed tremendously. You would always get us stuff if we needed it and always figured out a way to hide it from mom also. We will miss you tremendously, Ill keep the tradition...
