Richard B. "Dick/Coz" Scheidler

Sorry to hear of Dick's passing. We had a lot of good times teaching together.

I was surprised to hear of Mr. Scheidler's passing. He was one of my teachers at Manzanita school way back in the 60's. My parents lived across the street from the school and my Mom was the crossing guard. She really liked Mr. Scheidler who would yell out the window of his car when he passed by my mom after school let out.

To our family's suprise, he attended our mother's services when she passed away in 2014. How thoughtful he and his wife were.

I was lucky to have Mr. Scheidler for both the 5th and 6th grades at Washington Elementary in the 1960s. I fondly remember him and how fun he made it to learn.
