Richard passed away on Sunday, March 3, 2019. Richard was a resident of Jackson, Minnesota at the time of passing. A memorial service will be held at the Osterberg Funeral Home in Jackson on Friday, March 8th at 2:00 p.m. with Fr. A visitation will take place an hour before the service at Osterberg Funeral Home. Burial will take place following the service at the Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery in Jackson.
