Not sure what to say?

Winki, We were so sorry to hear about Dick. You and your girls are in our prayers Rick and Ginger Hodges

Winkie...this is Lynn Burke....I only met Dick a few times....I've always remembered telling him how hard it was for me to be away in Nova Scotia for more than 3 weeks...I felt there was something wrong with me...he just looked at me kindly and said...his maximum time away from home was 2 weeks and that was just fine. It made me accept that part of myself....I know you'll miss him so much...

We have just learned that Dick passed away. Urs and I have been out of the country and are still away for a while. We are just terribly sorry and shocked about this sad news. Dick had always a smile on his face whenever we saw him. We know that he will be terribly missed by the whole family, especially Winkie and his lovely daughters. We will think of you and include you all in our prayers. Love from Urs and Michelle

Loved Dick. Great childhood friend from age five on. Many adventures, much fun. Watched "Earth Versus The Flying Saucers" on BW TV in parents´ bedroom, made homemade fireworks in his parents´ garage. Big heart, always joyful and fun. My love and prayers go out to Winkie and the family. It´s all about the love.

Winkie and family, Unfortunately I was not able to be around Dick in our adult years, I kept track through local news and social media. We spent our young years in school and beach vacations enjoying everything around us. He was one of a kind and will be missed. Take care and know you are in my memories and wishing the best going forward. A forever friend..... Preston

Susan, When news of Dick´s passing reached us we were reminded no matter how much time may have passed since we last spoke, some connections never fade and our friendship does not have an expiration date. We, are so sorry for your loss and you are in our thoughts. Darlene and Neil

Winnie, I am so sorry you have lost such a dear husband. I am praying for you and your family.

My grandfather was my whole world and such a joy to be around. One of my favorite memories is him teaching me to drive. His patience, his calm guidance, and the proud smile on his face made that moment one I´ll carry with me forever.

Dickie was always a joy to be around with his precious Winkie Just know he is at peace and Winkie you be also
