Dick, Val & Family, Were friends of our family, spent many days with them, loved them so much!!!

What a wonderful guy, he and Val welcomed Jack and I at Christ church, they had a cabin at Sage Lake across from us. They took me Rabbit hunting with them up north. They loved their children, I went to Their house for church meetings. I loved their Beagles, we had 2 two

What a Great Friend! We worked, Hunted, Fished together many Years!
One time in Church, as he aged, his hearing was poor.
I said to him, You look so much like Pat Boon!
He said why are you calling me a Baboon? We laughed about it many times.
Their Children & ours Had many good years growing up.

I lived across the street on Frost Drive until the third grade. Cannot really recall Dick, but have many fond memories of Val who was my babysitter. Thank you Val, for sharing healthy values and for teaching me to ride a bike! Love and prayers for the whole family.

Dick was the best neighbor anyone could hope to have. Growing up right next door to him and to Val was a great experience! He would help you without blinking an eye and give you the shirt off his back. Great man, we will miss him. God bless all loved ones as you grieve! Pat and Steve Starke

Mike, Tom, Val and family. Sorry to hear of Dick´s passing. We were all part of the Frost Drive family. Thanks for all the great memories

Mr Schweiss was one of my first bosses at Consumers Power. He was a hard working , sweet , honest, amazing man. He was always cheerful and so energetic. One of the best men I ever knew and had the pleasure to work for. Loved his smile and devotion to help others. Prayers to his wife and family.

To the Schweiss family, so sorry to hear of Dick´s passing. So many fond memories on Frost Dr growing up. May he rest in peace
