Rich, Fred Hickok and I had many great lunches at many restaurants back when we were able to go out for lunch! I am sorry Cathy that I won't be able to attend the calling hours or the going home service, but I will be thinking of you and of Rich that day. God bless you and your family.

I am so sorry to hear this news. Our family grew up across the street from Richard and his mother, Helen on Spruce Street in Wooster. He was in the same class with my brother, Bob Huebner. They were good friends throughout their childhood.
My sympathies to his family at this sad time.

As a cousin, Rich was a hoot. When the families got together Rich would make his rounds and make you feel right at home. We had great times growing up and meeting at Grandma Shercks for the holidays.
Rich was a member of the Army national guard so he was not just a great cousin but a brother in arms. We had that bond that all veterans feel.
Rich will be missed by all. God bless you Cuz.
