Richard passed away on Monday, January 12, 2015. Richard was a resident of Lino Lakes, Minnesota at the time of his passing. He was married to Kathleen. A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2-5PM Saturday, January 17 at HOLCOMB-HENRY-BOOM-PURCELL, 515 Hwy 96 W., Shoreview (651.482.7606). Interment Fort Snelling.
