I met Richard when I moved down the street from him. I was about 26 and we were friends from that moment till his death. no matter where I lived, we always kept in touch. he would take my portrait every year on my birthday. I'm 75 now. He was a wonderful, caring human being that added so much to my life. I will miss him till we meet again. Aloha Richard. "The Gooch" wishes you aloha and mahalo for being my friend.

I WILL MISS HIM AND HE WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY LIFE. IN ALL MY MOVES IN LIFE WE ALWAYS STAYED INTOUCH. WHEN I WOULD COME TO L.A. WE WOULD MEET AND IT WAS LIKE TIME DIDN'T MATTER.
