Read MoreSo sorry for your loss. I was deeply saddened to hear of Professor Settle's passing. I was one of his students at UPS and one of his colleagues at Foster Pepper. His passion for land use law and the constitution inspired me to pursue a career in land use that has lasted over 40 years. I am forever in his debt.
