I had just learned about Richie's passing. I have very fond memories of Richie on and off the soccer field, hanging out with him, Harry Samkange, and Michael Westerkamp. and as he would say, "just having a good time". I remember the during a soccer game he was sent to the emergency room due to allergic reaction to some Chinese food. I hurt my knee later on in the game and was also sent to the emergency room. I am so sorry to hear of Richie's passing. Richie was my roomate in college and an usher at my wedding. The last time I saw him was for a Rolling Stones concert in Miami about 6 years ago. I last spoke with him in June. I had no idea he was ill. If I had known I would have gone to San Francisco. Can someone please tell me what happened ? My e-mail is [email protected]

I was so sorry to hear of Richie's passing. My heartfelt condolences to Richie's family and friends. I have many fond memories of playing soccer with him during our school days.
