My loving and adorable Grandpa! You will never be forgotten, we love you dearly! You always had a smile on your face that nobody will ever forget! You were so caring for me and the rest of the family!!! Who is going to harass me about me doing hair??? I guess that leaves everyone else to take that spot in memory of you! You were so sweet, and I thank you for everything you did for me, and I thank you for letting me do things for you! I know your watching over me nudging me in the right direction! I love you dearly! You will always have a spot in my heart, now don't you ever forget that... haha I hope you are having the greatest time in heaven with all of your buddies and Grandpa Galuoppo!!! We miss you dearly, and yes we are going to take GREAT CARE of Grandma! Just so you know Ryan let me cut 13 inches off just for you! Be proud of him!!! Anyways, I love you dearly Grandpa!!!!

Love your sweet Granddaughter,
Megan

This poem of Mary Frye's has comforted me over the years, so I will share it with all of you.

Do stand at my grave and weep.
I am not there, I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glint on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.

When you wake in the morning hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush of
quite birds in circling flight.

Do not stand at my grave and weep:
I am not there, I do not sleep.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there; I did not die.

You are now out of pain and with God my dear brother. It was such an honor having you for a brother. Your humor but a smile on all of our faces. I so admired, respected, adored, and loved you. I miss you. Thank you for being you.

The thing I remember most about Rick is that he always had something to say to make me laugh---blonde jokes, the face off joke. I'll miss calling Karen and have Rick answer and make me laugh. Just remember Rick's last breath on earth was his first breath in heaven. WOW can you imagine what that must have been like. We'll see him again. I'm sure of that.
