Richard passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2017. Richard was a resident of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Penn Manor High School. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 12:30pm on Thursday July 27 2017 at the Heritage Hotel in the Sherwood Ballroom 500 Centerville Road Lancaster PA 17601 with the Reverend Dana R. Schlegel officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:30am until the time of the service and a luncheon will follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Community Care 685 Good Drive PO Box 4125 Lancaster PA 17604 or First Reformed UCC 40 East Orange Street; Lancaster PA 17602. Dick wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Kubek and all of the staff at East Petersburg Family Health and Dr. Balepur and all the infusion nurses at LGH Ann B. Barshinger Cancer Institute for the incredible care he received during his many appointments and treatments.
Mary and I send our deepest sympathies to Abby and the entire family. We have wonderful memories of Dick"s wonderful smile and laugh. What a wonderful love story that Abby and Dick shared. We are in North Carolina and not able to attend the service but our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jim & Mary
