I am extremly sorry to here about our loss. I never met Richard face to face but I had worked with him through e-mails and on the phone. He was always pleasent and willing to help work out any problem. He will be greatly missed.

I do not work in Sacramento but at a field office location at the Park Headquarters building at Pine Flat Lake which is about 30 miles east of Fresno. Richard was our point of contact for computer access needs for all of the Corps of Engineers' field offices within Sacramento District. He was always patient and helpful. We've lost a very valued team member and he will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences to his family!
