Not sure what to say?

What a sad day to hear that Richard passed away. I have always wondered where he was after we worked together for the Northern Pacific Railroad Signal Dept. in 1960/62 where he taught me how to climb signal/telegraph poles. We were layed of in 1962 and both of us went to work for the Yellowstone Park Co. in Yellowstone Nat. Park.
The last time I saw him was at Old Faithful tending the boilers for Old Faithful Inn.
I can still hear his "58" Chevy roaring up the hill from Gardiner...

Sorry to hear about Richard. Linda & I have been friends for about 50 years now. We did our share of harrassing Richard & his friends when we were freshmen & they seniors. We'd short sheet his bed, stick magazines, etc in it & the guys would come sneaking in so Verlene & Maynard wouldn't hear....then all kinds of ruckus would break out. Verlene would yell at us all. Linda & I giggled like manics.

Dear Katie and Family-
My most sincere sorrow at your recent loss. Dick was a great friend and neighbor. Things won't be the same around here without seeing him and his constant activity around.
As someone has already said he was one of a kind.

Dear Katie and Family-
I am so sorry to hear of Richards passing. He was one of a kind and a great guy. I can still hear his voice and his big laugh and when he would say "the heck!" My love and thoughts go out to you all.
