Not sure what to say?

Reverend Simonson was a pastor and special friend of our family since he moved to St. Louis. Our deepest sympathy to Mrs. Simonson and the rest of his precious family during this sad time. We know he will be missed immensely.

I had the blessing of getting to know Dick over the last year through our twice a month Centering Prayer group. He had an authenticity and wisdom about him that you don't often encounter and he was always a source of encouragement for us all. His deep love for his family was evident as was his abiding love for God. We are going to miss him so very much. My condolences to his family - you are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.

He was a very funny and truly humble man. I admired him for this. He was a wonderful example of how to live a joyous life.
I will miss him.

Dick was a remarkable human being. He consistently went out of his way to help others, without condition, question, or recognition.

Always with a smile on his face, Dick enriched and enhanced the lives of everyone he met or passed.

I was saddened to hear of Dick's passing. What a lovely, gentle, wise and sharing man. I thought of him today out of the blue, and shortly after learned of his passing. My condolences.

Florence and Family, Barry and I so sorry for your loss. So fortunate to have known him. He was a gentle, kind and loving man to all he knew. On a personal note I cherish our lunches and look forward to hearing more wonderful stories of you and Dick. Linda & Barry Pass

I am sorry for your loss. I will keep the memory of the way that he spoke from his heart. His very presence brought comfort. He modeled how to rely on God for everything. I will miss him and his gentle ways. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

During the three-plus years I knew Dick, he was a model of kindness, strength and support. His willingness to be human was inspirational; by example he encouraged others to do the same. Dick's presence in my life was a true blessing. I will miss him and continue to learn from the way he "walked the walk."
